How long will it take to receive my e-bike? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to see real-time updates.
Products & Technical Support
Are your e-bikes difficult to assemble? Most of our e-bikes arrive 85–95% pre-assembled. We provide detailed manuals and video guides to help you finish the setup in about 30–45 minutes.
Do the bikes come with a warranty? Yes, all Krythoris e-bikes come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery. Please refer to specific product pages for detailed warranty terms.
Can I buy spare batteries or accessories? Absolutely. We carry a full range of Krythoris accessories, including replacement batteries, chargers, locks, and helmets, to keep you on the road safely.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition and packaging.
